Second-cycle studies - Sustainable Management
Why is it worth choosing our specialty?
Sustainable Management is a modern second-cycle specialization offered entirely in English. The program is designed for students who want to acquire managerial competencies that meet the challenges of the modern world and the demands of the global labor market. This specialization is distinguished by an innovative approach to education, combining knowledge in management, sustainable development, responsible business, and modern organizational strategies. The curriculum was developed in collaboration with business representatives and reflects current trends related to economic transformation, environmental protection, and the implementation of ESG principles. The international nature of the studies fosters the integration of students from different countries and the development of intercultural competencies. This allows graduates to acquire knowledge and skills valued by employers both in Poland and abroad.
What items?
The curriculum includes a wide range of practical and modern subjects related to sustainable management. Students gain knowledge in the areas of sustainable development strategies, responsibility, social business, innovation and organizational transformation. Classes are conducted in the form of workshops, case study analyses, team projects and interactive discussions. The program is enriched by lectures from experts and practitioners representing companies implementing modern solutions in the field of sustainable development. Students also have the opportunity to participate in projects implemented in cooperation with the socio-economic environment and learn about best practices, applied by national and international organizations.
Is it just science?
Sustainable Management studies offer not only the acquisition of knowledge but also the opportunity to actively participate in academic and international life. Students can participate in scientific conferences, workshops, research projects, and events organized by the university and its partners. A key element of the program is the opportunity to participate in international exchanges, study trips, and internships abroad. This specialization provides excellent opportunities for building an international network of contacts, developing language skills, and gaining experience in a multicultural environment. It also provides a platform for implementing one's own ideas and initiatives related to responsible business and sustainable development.
What to do after graduation?
Sustainable Management graduates earn a Master's degree in management and are prepared to work in enterprises, international organizations, public institutions and non-governmental organizations. The acquired competencies allow them to perform roles related to project management, ESG strategy implementation, corporate social responsibility, change management and organizational development. Graduates can also pursue careers in consulting, strategic advisory, sustainability analysis, and innovation management. The growing importance of environmental and social issues makes specialists with knowledge of Sustainable Management among the most sought-after experts in today's job market.
