Personal data processing information

Information on the processing of the Participant’s personal data

According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016), the University of Bielsko-Biala in Bielsko-Biała informs that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the University of Bielsko-Biala in Bielsko-Biała, based at ul. Willowa 2, 43-309 Bielsko-Biała.
  2. Contact with the Data Protection Officer is available at phone number +48 33 8279 344 or by email: iod@ath.bielsko.pl.
  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct the recruitment procedure for the Polish course and for the needs of studies on the grounds of act from 20th of July 2018 on higher education and science and your consent for personal data processing and for the purpose of operating, investigating and defense in the circumstances of mutual claims - based on the grounds of Art. 6 item 1 point b, c and e of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Regulation of Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing of the Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).
  4. The recipients of your personal data will only be:
    • entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions,
    • persons authorized by the Administrator to process data in the course of performing their official duties,
    • entities to which the Administrator commissions the performance of activities that involve the need to process data (processing entities);
  5. Your personal data will be stored in case of people who have been accepted for studies or Polish course for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned goals or until the consent is withdrawn, and in the case of persons who have not been accepted for studies - for 6 months from the date of recruitment completion.
  6. You have the right to access the data content and rectify it, delete it, or limit the processing, as well as the right to object, demand discontinuation of processing and/or data transfer. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time by the administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance of the processing of your personal data, which was made on the basis of the consent granted prior to its withdraw. Withdraw of consent during the recruitment process, however, prevents the next stages of recruitment.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  8. Providing data is a legal requirement and condition of participation in the recruitment for the first year of full-time studies. In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes, which they were collected for.
  9. All the data provided by you will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
  10. The administrator has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or an international organization.

 

Statement

After reviewing the above information clause, I declare that I agree to process my personal data provided in the personal questionnaire form, application and attached by myself documents by the University of Bielsko-Biala, in order to conduct the recruitment procedure for studies at the University of Bielsko-Biala.
